Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final Upon Shipment

Due to the nature of research compounds and the requirement to maintain chain-of-custody integrity, we do not accept returns on any product once it has been shipped. All sales are final at the point of dispatch.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or appears defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with the following:

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or issue store credit of equivalent value. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged products. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.

3. Incorrect Products Received

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will arrange to send the correct product at no additional charge, subject to verification of the error.

4. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after it has been officially declared lost by the carrier — not merely delayed. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact us. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order at no charge. Please allow up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before initiating a lost package inquiry.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@vitalpeps.com with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST." Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Vital Peps does not offer refunds or replacements for products seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.
