All orders are subject to verification before processing. Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details upon successful placement, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

All shipments are dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect the privacy of our customers. No product names or compound descriptions appear on the exterior of any package.
Vital Peps ships to select international destinations. International customers are solely responsible for:
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and the speed of customs clearance. Vital Peps has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery windows for international orders.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept this risk in full.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@vitalpeps.com.
Certain research peptides require cold-chain handling to maintain integrity during transit. Where applicable, orders containing temperature-sensitive compounds will be shipped with appropriate cold packs and insulated packaging. We recommend promptly refrigerating or freezing any temperature-sensitive compounds upon receipt, in accordance with the storage instructions provided with each product.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in a condition that suggests compromise during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your notification must include:
Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or issue store credit of equivalent value. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged shipments. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
In the event that you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost, pending verification of the error. Incorrect item claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.
A package is considered lost only after it has been officially declared lost by the carrier — not merely delayed. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact us. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order at no charge. Please allow up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before initiating a lost package inquiry.
Due to the nature of research compounds and the necessity of maintaining chain-of-custody integrity, we do not accept returns on any product once it has been shipped. All sales are considered final at the point of dispatch. This policy exists to:
Exceptions are made only in the cases of damaged shipments, defective products, or incorrect items as described in Sections 6 and 7 above.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@vitalpeps.com with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST." Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
